Magazine Warranty
MAGAZINE WARRANTY
Each mag is sealed in a 4 mil plastic sleeve with mag warranty information enclosed. Our mags are “sell-it-and-forget-it” items for the dealer. We handle everything after the sale on the rare occasion that there should be a manufacturing defect.
The magazine is warranted for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. If it fails to perform, please email us at customerservice@sgmtactical.com for replacement information.
Due to the volatility of KCI products in the marketplace and the Importer selling to multiple distributors at various pricing we have implemented a new warranty policy. Since it is not possible to determine if returned product was actually sold by our company or another distributor all KCI product purchased by distributors or their customers need to be returned to the Importer.
**WE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE WARRANTY OF KCI PRODUCTS**
If the magazine in question does not have SGM molded on the magazine it is NOT a SGM Tactical produced magazine. All of our magazines will have our Name and Logo on the magazine body, regardless if the company you bought it from says it is a SGM magazine.
